Good news for us! Bad news for the CDC: Check this out then put the hype and hysteria in check:

Check out Brain Pop for videos for the kids on Swine Flu and general illness prevention.

And don't forget to vote! Brain Pop has a video for that too :D (no I'm not getting paid for the plugs!)

LMFAO! That's hilarious. Just proves that doctor's are dumb as doornails.

Those stats on the states and how many were really H1N1 versus not even flu were eye opening.

Interesting! We went to the hospital and my son was tested for the flu....he tested positive and they said that they were "presuming" it was H1N1. My husband and I found that so strange.

I'm so glad you posted this. The information is so confusing about H1N1 symptoms and if what people have is H1N1. We just got an email yesterday from our school district that we have loads of students we ILI (Influenza Like Illness) Now that's a new one for me. I has the exact symptoms listed as the swine flu. Fever, cough, fatigue, sore throat, lasting 4-5 days. I have heard in our area that they are not even testing if it's swine flu or not because the quick test is not reliable.

Yea, I never did understand why they quit tracking the number of cases. I really wonder about our government sometimes! It doesn't help that H1N1 is the top story on the news every night either. The media has caused a panic. (I'm not a big fan of the media!)

I'm trying not to flip out about H1N1 so this is good to hear. Supposedly there are 6 confirmed cases in my husband's highschool. He has lots of hand sanitizer going on!
