The information is so confusing about H1N1 symptoms and if what people have is H1N1. We just got an email yesterday from our school district that we have loads of students we ILI (Influenza Like Illness) Now that&#39;s a new one for me. I has the exact symptoms listed as the swine flu. Fever, cough, fatigue, sore throat, lasting 4-5 days.
