Friday, December 8, 2017

Happy Friday! The past week was a blur, spent mostly at my desk editing. The coming week will be much the same, including all weekend. But then things should slow down a bit and I cannot wait! I have been working 9-10 hour days sitting & editing 7 days a week to get galleries out and there isn't enough yoga or coffee in the universe to cure that, ha! (It's also the reason this post is late again - sorry!!) Chocolate helps. A little.

Anyway, enough of my boring existence, the few images I have to share are iPhone snaps from this week. At a recent session, I took a pic of the origami Christmas tree decorations at the botanical gardens. At another session, I accidentally happened upon my new favorite location to shoot. It looks a bit of a scraggly mess, but aside from the many sand spurs, it is a photographer's dream I tell ya.  Little Miss sang carols at church. (The indoor photos were terrible, as I was too far away, but you see her dressed up as she enters the church. She was super excited but we were late - also because of work, 😩 so she looks more worried than excited) . Lastly, I have enjoyed the glow of holiday lights while I toil away at my computer, so there is a photo or our tree.

I hope your week has been more fun & festive than my own. Please link up your posts from the week and have a wonderful weekend!

The origami Christmas tree is quite creative. I still like the real one better.
