WW - Holiday Lifestyle Session

I had so much fun at this holiday lifestyle photo session last weekend. I love capturing kiddos in their own environment. This mom certainly had the holiday spirit! The house was decked out with beautiful lights and festive touches, she had gifts wrapped under the tree, fun little surprises for her little girl, and cookies waiting in the oven. Way to go mom! I decided this session would make a great video montage.
Here's the clip I created in Animoto. It makes a great little promo from my business, and I'll be creating a non-branded version for mom to share with family and friends as a holiday e-card. Check it out:

 

P52- Birthday Pooch

Today is Bella's birthday! That may not mean a whole lot to you, since I haven't posted pics of her in ages, but Bella is our great dane. It seems like just yesterday she was a sweet little pup and we picked her up in NC. Five years later, she is a wonderful companion and still as goofy as ever.

She had the birthday zoomies today. There's really nothing like a great dane running crazy circles around the house! The best part is the big belly laughs it elicits from all the kids. :)

 Happy Birthday Bella girl! We love you!!

Friday Photo Journal - Week 47

Happy Black Friday everyone! Have you filled your carts with amazing loot? I still haven't bought a thing :( But we had a fantastic Thanksgiving with family. I hope you did too! Today, rather than shopping, I'll be working. I have 3 sessions this weekend and a boat load of editing to do. I did some quick editing of yesterdays pics.

P52 - Falling Behind

Hello friends, Once again I am struggling to keep up with all of my projects. I know the year is quickly coming to a close and I'd hate to give up on my P52 now. I have taken photos of my kiddos, but they get left on the hard drive while I work on edits for my business. Today I thought I'd share a few quick pics I shot while waiting for some clients last weekend. We shot at a park in Virginia Beach and the leaves were just gorgeous. I was wishing my own family had tagged along because we are soooo behind on getting Christmas cards photos. Anyway, these were quick edits so they will have to fit the bill for P52 this week.

Friday Photo Journal Week 47

Another week down and Thanksgiving is nearly here! I'm excited and anxious...because I am so NOT ready for Christmas. I have so much to do! But, I am really looking forward to some family time! Only three more sessions, and a ton of editing to go before I can unwind a bit on turkey day! :)
