Monday, April 2, 2012

So here I am again, posting a duplicate photo. I'm so lame ; P  Sorry if you've seen this before, but I really wanted an honest critique of it. I welcome your thoughts and suggestions for improvement.

This is a great shot! And what a cutie pie she is! Not sure what I can offer for feedback. I really love your SOOC shot but that could because I'm a big fan of contrast and vibrant colors.

Thank you for joining in again. I love seeing you here each week. You are really knocking these out of the park lately. I love the backlighting in this shot. I think the composition is nice, too.

I think my only feedback on this is that it is a tad warm, but it is definitely a personal preference. I like the added warmth and golden tones, don't get me wrong. It is great and I like the touch.

I really like the bokeh in the background and the edit is nice. The only thing that I can think of to critique it is maybe it could have been a bit sharper? I don't know, but really, it is a great shot!

This is gorgeous, I really like your editing! Her expression is SO CUTE - it's just an awesome shot! The backlight is also lovely. I'm wondering if it is maybe a bit overexposed...? Maybe that is why the previous commenter wanted it to be a bit sharper. In any case, it would be great it you could see more shape / shadows in her face. Also about composition - how about if you left just a bit more room under her feet?

But these were just nit-picking, this is truly a wonderful shot, and lovely warm tones!

I like the warmth of it, and the subject is adorable, :)
There is a touch of blur, not sure if this is added/deliberate.
