A Near Miss

Thursday, April 19, 2012

This shoot with my oldest daughter was spur of the moment and way too hurried. A drive by shooting, if you will. I saw the tall grass, pulled off the road with the crying baby in the back and snapped some quick shots, hopped back in the car and off we sped. Though there are many things I will do differently next time, I still loved these shots of her, minus the clipped limbs which make me cringe a little. But, here they are, nonetheless, with my promise to try again soon.

These will be wonderful treasures even though they aren't exactly like you want them to be. You can see her personality come through.
