Project 366 Rewind - Week 27

Monday, July 9, 2012

I'm making this rewind a quickie. We had a storm come through this afternoon and were without power for about 5 hours. I have come catching up to do and kids to shuffle off to bed. So here's a quick recap of last week.
We had fun at P.E class.
We tried to stay cool with some sprinkler action.
We helped decorate the neighborhood for the 4th.
We spent some early mornings and late evenings outside in the yard
when it wasn't quite as miserably hot.
I got to spend some time taking photos of this sweet 6 week old baby girl and her mama.
I spent a long Saturday afternoon at the ER with baby bugs. She's split her forehead open on the corner in the hallway and needed 5 stitches.
Sunday morning the kids too good care of baby sister and read her some books.

That was our week in a nutshell. Thankfully the temps have dropped a bit and we are getting some much needed rain. I love a good summer thunderstorm, and I hear another one rumbling in the distance. I hope the power stays on this time!

Beautiful images Melissa!! I'm late again in posting my shots for last week... Instagram has become quite an addiction!!
I hope your little one is improving and the wound healing.
