Happy weekend all! Can you believe it's March already? Work is picking back up for me and I've been terrible about keeping up with family photos. I had the best intentions at the beginning of the year, but I'm failing on the home front, as usual. We've also been busy with extra-curricular activities and the everyday whirlwind of life for a family of 6 (aka endless piles of laundry, trip after trip to the grocery store, chauffeuring to and fro, etc. etc.). I have only some dog photos to share this week, and they are lazy iPhone pics at that. But that's all there is. 

I'm starting to see blooms already this year! Spring is coming early, perhaps. The forsythia, daffodils, hyacinths and even the Bradford pears are in bloom. The tulip trees are budding up too! So, if we can get rid of the dreary gray skies and soggy rain, I'll be motivated to go out and take some nature photos at least.

Happy weekend friends! Sorry for the late post. The week got away from me. School, work, and family life have been full this week. Hard to believe we're planning for spring dances, yearbooks and the end of the year already. The weather has continued on the mild trend, and peeks of spring are popping out - the forsythia and daffodils are beginning to bloom. I don't think we're really going to have a winter this year.

I don't have any exciting pics to share. Just some phone photos of my middles goofing off and a foggy morning earlier this week. I hope you had a fantastic week! Have you had wintry weather this year?

Happy Friday friends! This week I feel like I drove all over town. We had babysitting jobs, co-op, play dates, book club, a banquet, dress shopping for the school dance, and about 8 trips to the grocery store. We got lucky with the weather though. Most days it felt like spring, with temps near 70! We'll be back to winter this weekend though, whomp, whomp.

Happy Friday friends! Hard to believe February is already here, but here we are. I have nothing terribly exciting to report for the week. We're selling Girl Scout cookies, keeping up with schooling and co-op and I've had a couple of sessions, but it's been pretty quiet most of the week.

I'm afraid I don't have much in the way of photos this week. Nothing but the dog days of winter...

Happy weekend friends! Last week brought lots of family visitors. My sister and niece came for a visit, and my Mother-in-Law as well. It was fun to catch up and spend some time with them! 

My older daughter was in a play put on by our homeschool cooperative, and the performance was Saturday. That was tons of fun as well. The play was, The Seussification of Romeo and Juliet, a comedy of course, and they did a great job with it. Everyone in the audience was laughing all the way through. I'm so proud of her for getting out there and trying something new. It was exciting to watch!

I didn't take a ton of photos this week. Just a few of the roses brightening up our winter days, and a few from the play, which was difficult to get good shots of from our seats.

Happy Friday friends! I hope you've had a great week. We are finally on the tail end of this icky virus everyone has had. We really didn't venture out much over the past week, other than to the doctor and runs to the pharmacy. But, this weekend we are looking forward to a visit from my Mother-in-Law, and my sister and niece! And, my older daughter is performing in a play with her drama group. It will be her first stage appearance, so that's pretty exciting!

I didn't take any pictures of all the ailing bodies around here this week, so I have just a few iPhone shots of a pretty blue sky, our resident sock-eater back to normal after surgery, and some little notes my daughter leaves me. I took a pic so I'd remember them - especially on days when teenage mood swings take over. ;)  How was your week?
