I've collected some links for our homeschooling activities this month and I thought I'd share them here. We plan on exploring Valentine's Day, The Chinese New Year, Black History Month, The Winter Olympics, as well as keeping up with what's going on in Haiti. Plus, I threw in a couple of extras, just for fun  ;)   I hope you find some useful stuff here. And, if you've got something to share, please leave a comment :D

This student-created site covers four periods of Chinese history: The First Emperor, The Great Wall of China, the Ming Dynasty, and the Handover of Hong Kong to China. Includes a quiz. This site is geared toward elementary students.
Walk the Great Wall: Students may view sections of the Great Wall through black and white photos and interactive panoramas.
